Learn the building blocks of comedy! Improv is the essential skill that has helped mold comedy legends for generations. Improv 101 is a 2 hour workshop designed to help you learn how to be present in the moment, sharpen your creative instincts and help you communicate more effectively all while having a ton of fun! It’s not about being funny or clever, it’s about being willing to participate and open to enjoying yourself with new friends! This class is perfect for anyone who wants to become a better social interactor, a better performer, or just have a great time! We will cover the improv basics, create fun and unique characters, learn how to be a supportive member of the team and perform together on stage. Interested students will also learn how to find other classes, additional workshops, auditions for troupe membership and other performance opportunities in the local comedy scene.

Class is $35 until March 21, 2020 then it increases to $40.

If you would like to take this class, as well as Robert Mac’s Stand Up Comedy 101 Class (12:30PM same venue) please DM or send me an e-mail mbquindlen@yahoo.com before you purchase tickets on Eventbrite
