Haywood Turnipseed Jr., is the founder of Attack of the Comics and has over a decade of experience in making people laugh all over the country. He has performed at the Kennedy Center; The DC Improv; Brightest Young Things ‘Bentzen Ball’; the Underground Comedy Festival; 202 Comedy Festival; Cape May Comedy Festival; Baltimore Comedy Festival; Arlington Cinema Drafthouse; Drafthouse Comedy Theater (DC). Haywood has toured internationally, opening for names like Tony Woods; Sarah Colonna; Baron Vaughn; Wyatt Cenac; Hannibal Buress; and Dana Gould. Born in Louisville Kentucky, Bryant “King Tink” Tinker developed his devastating wit as he traveled around the globe as the oldest child in a military family. After high school, he followed in those footsteps and joined the armed forces as well. Violet Gray is Baltimore’s very own Queen LARPtress, has been a mainstay on the Baltimore comedy scene for years. She has won the pearl Next Superstar Comedian contest and is proud to be North Baltimore’s ONLY Dungeons & Dragons player.
Mike Moran is a Baltimore-based stand up comedian. Mike has opened for Creed Bratton, Chris D’Elia, Michael Ian Black, Robert Klien, David Liebe Hart, and more. Host of the Confessional Podcast, and writer for satirical online paper, Hard Times.
Host: Mike Quindlen (founder and creative director off the Ellicott Silly Comedy Festival) is a Philly guy (but not a clown who fights people at sporting events) who hails now from the People’s Republic of Baltimore. He has opened for Doug Stanhope, JB Smoove, the late John Witherspoon, Alonzo Bodden, Tony Woods, Vic Dibitetto and many others.
