Main Street Stage – Lot D
ELLICOTT MILLS BREWING

MARZEN

A smooth and clean, copper - colored lager
with malty sweetness and subtle hopping. A
Bavarian brewing ordinance decreed in 1553
that beer may only be brewed between
September 29th and April 23rd. Traditionall
brewed only in March ("März") to last through the
German Summer, our Märzen is so popular, we brew
it all year round. [A.B.V. 5.1%]
SLEEPY HALLOW
ALE

Pumpkin beer has been brewed in the United
tates dating back to 1771. Our Sleepy Hallow
Pumpkin Ale is by far our most popular
seasonal style beer. Delicately brewed every
Fall, our Pumpkin Ale is made with real pumpkin,
pumpkin spices, and cascade hops for a lightly
hopped finish. [A.B.V. 5.1%]

JAILBREAK BREWING

O.G.
(Original Golden)

Brilliantly gold with a creamy white head, this traditionally executed offering is brewed with pilsner and wheat malts, noble hops, Czech lager yeast, and a soft water profile.
Feed The
Monkey
Orange Hefeweizen

A german style hefeweizen that combines
traditional notes of clove and banana
with subtle citrus aromas and flavors to
provide balance and complexity.
Oktoberfest
Oktoberfest Bier

Our Oktoberfest is our take on the
traditional Bavarian Märzen lager.
Unabashedly malt-forward, this medium-bodied,
dry lager exemplifies balance between a
carefully curated selection of German malts,
ester-free lager yeast, and the appropriate
tinge of continental hop character.
Captivating aromas of actively baking
bread and palate sensations of toffee-laced
sourdough crust punctuate every aspect of the
drinking experience, to the extent that our
arms are already tired from raising our steins!
Special Lady Friend
Hazy IPA

Special Lady Friend is very special indeed,
an all Mosaic hazy IPA which results from
the culmination of experience gained through
the last year or so of thoughtful experimentation
with varied yeasts, hops, and procedural techniques.
Originating from a sturdy base of 2-row, white
wheat, and flaked oats, Special Lady Friend boasts
a purified expression of Mosaic, given that Mosaic
lupulin constitutes 50% of the dry hop by weight.
Overripe pineapple, candied orange, and the fresh
essence of blueberry dominate the nose, while the
palate experience melds into a pithy melange of
tropical fruit, ultimately resulting in a
dry, yet soft, elegant finish. Cheers!

Homegrown Stage – The Wine Bin
MANOR HILL BREWING

MANOR HILL PILSNER

Our take on a classic German Pilsner
was created using corn grown on our
very own farm. Leaf Saaz, Hallertau
Mittelfruh and Triple Pearl hops provide
a distinct German grassiness that is
followed by a touch of grain, citrus
and a clean finish.
MANOR HILL AMBER

This was created to bring the world of
English Mild Ales together with American
Ambers. We use 9 different types of malt
together to provide you with a unique
experience while still maintaining a nice
balance of flavors. Aromas of caramel malt
complexity and light berries come through
on the nose. The flavor profile is incredibly
smooth, with more caramel, along with a touch
of biscuit followed by a clean finish.
MANOR HILL IPA

This aroma forward IPA showcases the
versatile Mosaic hop. Tropical fruit,
berry and citrus aromas completely dominate
the nose. El Dorado and Mandarina Bavaria
hops combine to round out the hop bill
and display a firm hoppy backbone that is
accompanied by Vienna, Flaked Oats and
Pale malts for balance. A heavy dose of
Mosaic in the dry hopping provides you with a
juicy hop punch that finishes slightly dry.
MANOR HILL HAYES CREEK

This incredibly aromatic and refreshing
warm weather seasonal is brewed with Tangerine
Peel! It will pour a golden body crowned by a
pillowy white head. A slightly tart first sip
is complemented nicely by sweet citrus fruit
flavors and a mild bready backbone in the finish.
It is best enjoyed directly out of a can among
friends and sunshine!

BEER GARDEN

1623 TIPPING POINT
AMERICAN PALE WHEAT

Our sunshine in a glass pale wheat ale,
brewed with Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo.
Light bodied, hazy and easy drinking.
Soft mouthfeel, citrusy lemon, with subtle
notes of pineapple and grapefruit zest.
1623 OKTOBERFEST MARZEN

This beautiful pairing of Vienna and
Munich malts delivers a full-bodied
amber lager. You will enjoy the intense
malty-sweetness with hints of honey,
almonds and hazelnuts.
GUINNESS
BLONDE

Irish tradition meets American spirit
in Guinness Blonde. Complex and flavorful.
Light, floral and alive with citrus. This
beer is perfectly balanced with a lingering
malt and biscuity finish. It’s the coming
together of vibrant flavors, of character
drawn from both sides of the pond.
And it’s come a long way to get here.
