The Historic and Cultural Resources Section of Howard County’s Department of Recreation and Parks has refocused its attention to providing constituents opportunities to find a sense of place through historic preservation. Join Manager Tiffany Fisk as she describes the many historic properties under her supervision and the department’s efforts to preserve these significant elements of our county’s history.
