Spooky season has returned to OEC - get ready for Trick or Treating on Main! Come to Old Ellicott City on the 31st to experience Trick or Treating OEC style. On Halloween, OEC businesses roll out the orange carpet to the friends and families of the community we love by giving out LOTS and LOTS of candy!
