A hidden gem, our studio is a safe space, where hair has no limitations with creative color, corrective color. Offering intuitive haircuts for all textures.

Tucked away, our second story loft is off the beaten path of Main Street. Follow the rainbows to find our colorful studio. Once settled enjoy the ambiance, view and sound of rushing waters that are hidden within Historic Ellicott City.

Our rainbow hair artist Victoria Richards has dedicated 20 years to providing quality services while elevating the guest experience. Her passions are vibrant hair, colorful lashes, wig and extension work, editorial and avant-garde hair art.

Our intentions are to be forward thinking with the following policies:
WE ARE GRATUITY FREE, the price you see is the price you pay no need to worry about percentages or paying more.
Time-based pricing to avoid expensive and unnecessary add-ons.
SUSTAINABLE products and practices, we don’t like harsh chemicals for YOU AND OUR LOVELY PLANET 🙂

One of the most exciting nights of the year - be sure to join us for Midnight Madness in OEC! The ceremonial tree lighting will take place in Tiber Park, Santa will be at the Museum of Howard County History and a Holiday Train Garden will be on display at the B&O Ellicott City Station Museum - and more! Tons of great small businesses to shop, drink, and enjoy yourselves.

Free parking is available in the municipal lots throughout town, and two shuttles will operate on the following routes:
Shuttle Route A (5pm-Midnight): George Howard Building Parking Lot – Old Circuit Courthouse Parking Lot – Lot F
Santa Shuttle Route B (5pm-9pm): B&O Railroad Museum – Museum of Howard County History
