When I first set foot in Ellicott City, I was captivated by its unique charm. The people here are friendly and warm, and there’s a strong sense of community in every corner. However, I also realized that the residents here share a common desire – a need for a cozy and inviting place, a social hub where people can come together. So, as a family-owned business, we decided to open a bubble tea and cake shop in this beautiful town.
