West End Service, Inc. is family owned with the third generation active in daily operations.

On November 12th, 1928, Charles A. Klein, Sr. opened for business providing general vehicle repairs and towing in a small two bay building which is still in use today.

Today, daily business operates in a twelve service bays building. Three additional bays are used in the original building to mount and service carrier & wrecker bodies.

Our Parts Department is fully stocked and offers convenient delivery service.

West End Service, Inc. is an authorized franchised dealer for sales, parts and service with: INTERNATIONAL TRUCK AND ENGINE CORP., offering International medium duty truck chassis.

Authorized Distributor for: MILLER INDUSTRIES TOWING AND EQUIPMENT, INC. offering Century, Challenger, Champion, Chevron, Eagle, Holmes and Vulcan carrier & wrecker bodies. Miller Trailers are also available

One of the most exciting nights of the year - be sure to join us for Midnight Madness in OEC! The ceremonial tree lighting will take place in Tiber Park, Santa will be at the Museum of Howard County History and a Holiday Train Garden will be on display at the B&O Ellicott City Station Museum - and more! Tons of great small businesses to shop, drink, and enjoy yourselves.

Free parking is available in the municipal lots throughout town, and two shuttles will operate on the following routes:
Shuttle Route A (5pm-Midnight): George Howard Building Parking Lot – Old Circuit Courthouse Parking Lot – Lot F
Santa Shuttle Route B (5pm-9pm): B&O Railroad Museum – Museum of Howard County History
